How do I place a click & collect order?
Super simple. Browse our bouquets online, choose your favourite, select “Click & Collect” at checkout, and pick your pickup time. We will notify you when your flowers are ready usually within a few hours. No delivery fees, no waiting at home.
How quickly can I pick up my flowers?
Same day, if you order before 2 PM. Place your order by 2 PM Monday Saturday, and your bouquet will be ready for pickup that same day. Need it faster? Give us a call we will do our best to help.
Where are you located in Altona?
123 Pier Street, Altona VIC 3018. We’re easy to find, with free parking right outside. Just look for the shop with all the beautiful blooms in the window!
What if I don't know what flowers to choose?
We have got you. Just tell us the occasion (birthday, sympathy, wedding, or just because) and your budget. We’ll help you pick something beautiful. You can also message us anytime for a free consultation.
Can I add a handwritten card to my order?
It’s free! Just write your message at checkout, and we’ll handwrite it on a beautiful card. Whether it’s “Happy Birthday Mum” or “With deepest sympathy,” we’ll make sure your words are as lovely as the flowers.
What if I need flowers for a funeral or sympathy?
We handle these moments with extra care. Call or message us directly we’ll guide you through appropriate options like wreaths, casket sprays, or gentle bouquets. We understand this is a difficult time, so there’s no pressure, just compassion.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change your pickup time or flower choice, just message us as soon as possible. If we haven’t started arranging your bouquet yet, we can adjust it. Cancellations made before we start crafting are fully refundable.
